Jeff Panasci is a former resident of Cheshire, 1982 graduate of Cheshire High School, currently residing in Wolcott, CT.

Some years ago, he decided to create a unique gift for his hometown. Being an avid photographer, he realized he could utilize that skill in a novel project that would benefit and possibly entertain the residents of "the shire", no matter where they currently lived.

He would locate vintage photos of structures around town.  Then, as exactly as possible, he would duplicate the conditions under which the originals were taken, as far as: position, time of day, season and sometimes even lighting conditions.

A few times, Jeff found himself positioned in the middle of a street that did not exist when the first photo had been snapped.  Some of Cheshire's Finest admonished Jeff more than a few times, informing him that he was a traffic hazard.  No one wanted that to be the title to be known for.
