AATH is very pleased to share the announcement of the first, annual, “More Mirth For The Irth International Humor Contest”. Ron Gagliardi, AATH member and CHP (Certified Humor Professional), is the founder and along with two other chairmen, Ron Kochman and Rick “Reggie” Smith. The "MMFTI" International Headquarters is located in Cheshire, CT, the World’s Humor Capitol for the duration of the contest. The contest is being announced to the world on April 30th, 2026, the last day of National Humor Month. The winners in all the various humor categories will be revealed on August 16th, 2026, National Tell A Joke Day. The ceremony will take place at the Barker Character, Comics and Cartoon Museum in Cheshire. Winners’ names along with their entries will be shared in Cheshire Today, our E-Magazine. Each winner will be acknowledged with a certificate that will be made available.

A little while ago, way back on April 19, 2021, I decided the world needed ten more aphorisms
extolling the virtues of laughter. A few minutes after completing that list I realized that my
close friend, tool and weapon, the A to Z list, needed to be brought into the fray.
Here's the list.
